I’m excited to introduce you all to the one and only Lauren Sesselman.

Lauren is amazing. Beautiful, smart, funny AND a professional soccer player!!!

Today she is using her experience and passion to help inspire young people all over the world and she has a powerful story to back it all up.

Lauren talked about stepping out of her comfort zone when she was a little kid to even step out on the soccer field and encourages other people to try new things.

Eventually she became a big time college player even though she lived in a small town and didn’t have much luck getting recruited out of high school. She always had to rise to the occasion and by putting in more work than her competition she was able to do it!

Eventually, she found her way onto the Canadian Olympic team and won medals which is kind of a big deal.

But, her path wasn’t that easy. She hit road block after road block and her attitude during those difficult situations inspired the heck out of me!
