Episode 10: Danny Schayes

I don’t always sit down and talk to giants…but when I do…it’s usually Danny Schayes!

Danny is a very, very large man.  He made me feel smaller than I actually am which isn’t easy to do!

What a great conversation we had though.  We got connected awhile back through a girl who lived on my little island in Alaska and have been buds ever since.  He has a great family, is full of knowledge and loves to tell a good story!

Danny has lived it!  He had a long NBA career and has so many stories about people who I grew up idolizing…one of them being Pistol Pete!  The stories were unreal and I enjoyed hearing them!

It’s not often you get to spend time with someone who has as unique of life experiences that Danny does and I was very thankful to pick his brain on a variety of topics.  A lot can be learned for young and old alike in this weeks episode of Think Like a STAR!
